After an extensive career in Information Technology in the United states, including directing the IT department of New York City’s largest hospital for over 10 years, managing healthcare product development for a major software company and various consulting firms, Paul made aliyah in 2009, starting the PCGUY brand soon thereafter. In short time, the PCGUY became known in the “Anglo” community of Jerusalem and beyond.
