- SUNDAY-THURSDAY, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM are the standard working hours for PCGUY to provide personal, on site services. During these hours you may call, email or Whats App. Calls/Messages will be answered or returned as time permits. To be fair to customers with appointments, responses might be delayed.
- SUNDAY-THURSDAY 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM: These times are for responding to calls/messages received during the day and/or during this time period. Please note in your message until what time you are available. Remember if I am already on the phone, you should leave a detailed message, including until what time the call can be returned.

Payments may be made in NIS or USD, check or cash or via bank transfers.
