My husband is an expert computer technician, so I rarely need to get outside help for any computer issues. As luck would have it, my system went down just as my husband was unreachable, airborne from the US. I work from home, virtually, running my US based business, so it is essential that I be online all the time.
We had met Paul locally & my husband was immediately impressed with his computer knowledge & abilities. So my first thought when I had this problem was to call Paul. He came over to my home immediately(& it was already early evening), was able to diagnose the problem & solve it within a short amount of time.
Subsequently, I was in the US & my husband was once again unreachable, airborne from Spain & my computer contracted a virus, rendering my computer completely frozen, useless & data unretrievable. He was kind enough to consult with me by email & gave some valuable advice virtually, that ultimately resulted in solving the problem.
I have since recommended him to several other friends locally & all reports from them have been glowing as well.
For me, it is very comforting to know that there is someone local, who is responsive, experienced & savvy enough diagnose a wide range of computer issues.
I have also found his pricing to be reasonable.
